I am missing some items, what should I do?

How long is a shipping time?

Standard delivery 2-4 days. Next day delivery - next day If order is placed before 10.30am from Monday to Friday.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays,weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

My Item arrived damaged, what should I do ?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

 

What happens after I've ordered?

We'll update you the whole way through your order (we do this by email, so it's really important to enter your email address correctly as it can't be changed later).

As soon as you have ordered you will see an order confirmation page with your order number, we'll then follow this up with an order confirmation email. Sometimes this can go to your junk/spam/promotions folder, so it's worth checking there if you can't see it.

Once your order has been packed and collected by our couriers, we will email you your tracking number.

If you have an account with us and you were logged in when you made your order, you can get order updates at any time by signing in and selecting My Account and then My Orders.
